Hello beauties.... today im gonna share a very effective method which really works makes your hair grow 1 inch just in 7 days.... i always had a long hair.. my hair was too long hip length when i was doing my schooling my mom use to oil my hair and take care of it.. once i entered into college i found very difficult to maintain my hair by myself ,to comb it,oiling my hair was a terrible thing for me so went to parlour and had hair cut did layers but still it was my waist length i dont know what suddenly happened i got anemic,i dint have time to take care of my hair so i had terrible hair fall my hair nearly became 1/3rd seriously i got stressed and i was really worried i was crying to god i want my hair back... then after trying many things i found a miracle solution which gave back my hair i got the length back its now 40inch i am soo happy but its tat much thick as before because of layers i think it will take another year to get equal length hair but i can see tat new hairs are growing its makes me soo happy so i want to share with  you all

All u need is
Castor oil
Coconut or olive oil or almond oil( i always suggest vergin coconut oil)
Vit e capsules(its optional )

Take 2 tablespoons of castor oil and mix it with 1 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil or almond oil  then pop up a capsule of vit e pour the oil from the capsule  mix the oils well...(u cant directly use castor oil to your hair its very thick and sticky you need to mix it with a carrier oil) then apply this mixture to the roots u can use a cotton ball dib in the oil and separate the hair apply to the roots and  nicely massage with fingers be gentle dont just be vigorous then do the inversion method for 2 to 3 mins.. u can to it my sitting in a chair and do the inversion method... leave it over night then shampoo your hair in the morning.. If you are in your periods dont try this you will faint off... do this every alternate nights for a week you will definitely see your hair grow a inch long...
